About the Course
When your child leaves home for college, the worry can feel like it never fully turns off — running in the background of your day, pulling your attention, making it hard to fully relax. This program is designed to help you understand what's driving that pattern and begin to shift it. Through short videos, guided audio sessions, and simple reflections, you'll learn how to care deeply about your child without being consumed by constant worry — and begin to feel steadier, even when things are uncertain.
WATCH
The program includes nine sessions. Each one starts with a a 6–12 minute video that introduces the core idea in a clear, grounded way.
FEEL
Each video is followed by a 5–7 minute guided audio session to help you experience what’s beneath the worry—and begin to shift it.

Meet Deanne Schulz
I’m a therapist in private practice and a former adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida, where I taught courses in interpersonal and crisis communication for over a decade. I hold two master’s degrees—one in Communication and one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling—and have led workshops for organizations including the U.S. Navy, AdventHealth, and Zoom. My work has been featured on the Mental Health Television Network and other media. I specialize in helping people understand the patterns that drive worry and anxiety—and learn how to relate to them in a steadier, more grounded way.
